Job Description

Job Summary: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales

through outbound calls to potential customers. Your main objective will be to promote and

sell products or services over the phone, while providing exceptional customer service. You

will need to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable

solutions. Your success will be measured by meeting or exceeding sales targets and

maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products or

services.

2. Identify and understand customer needs through effective questioning and active

listening.

3. Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

4. Offer suitable solutions and address customer concerns or objections to secure sales.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to

customers.

6. Follow established sales scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer

interactions.

7. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.

8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and

retention.

9. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and appropriate responses

to inquiries or issues.

10. Document and update customer records, including call details and sales activities, in

the CRM system.

11. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve customer

inquiries or escalations.

12. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product

enhancements.

13. Continuously improve sales and product knowledge through ongoing training and

professional development.

14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
