Job Responsibilities:

1. To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls and outbound cold calls.

2. To connect with potential customers via telephone to promote products or services.

3. To explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients.

4. To provide pricing details of the product or services.

5. To record client’s feedback market information (if any)

6. To direct the leads to the field sales team when required.

7. To maintain periodic status reports, activity reports and calls/follow-ups reports.

Job Requirement:

• Must be an excellent communicator and have people skills

• Excellent listening skills

• Self-motivated with high energy and engaging level of enthusiasm
