Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identifying customer needs and preparing holiday packages.

2. Destinations Knowledge of

Goa, Himachal, Andaman, Uttarkhand, J&k, Dubai, Maldives, Thailand.

3. Handling both incoming and outgoing telephone calls and web enquiries.

4. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

5. Conducting research to add new vendors/ Travel Agents.

6. Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages for our packages for tourists.

7. Perform reservation and operational tasks to execute guest trip.

8. Offering/ selling competitive prices & packages to customers.
