WE ARE HIRING TELECALLER , COUNSELLOR

Fresher and Experienced both can apply

TELECALLER RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

Noting important details of each conversation.

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

COUNSELLOR RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.

Communication skills. You need excellent verbal communication skills to effectively talk to a range of different people.

Knowledge of laws and regulations.

Understanding of ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Job Timing :- 09:00am - 06:00pm

10:00am - 07:00pm
