We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Telesales and CRM Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating sales through phone interactions, maintaining customer relationships, managing our CRM system, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Telesales:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions from our hardware product lineup.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer queries in a timely manner.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Track and analyze customer interactions and data to improve sales and service.
Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and trends.
Customer Service:
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Build strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or CRM roles (experience in tech/hardware industry preferred).
Good understanding of computer hardware and PC components is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
