We are seeking motivated and results-driven Exp/ Fresher Candidates to join our team in fixed morning shift with free home pick up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients

ow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

en experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in BPO (Domestic/ International)

llent communication skills in English.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities:

Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations

Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system

Requirements

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (. CRM software) and telephone systems

Excellent communication and presentation ski
