Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting MegaDMarts products, and converting leads into sales. As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers, build strong relationships, and support the growth of the company by meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to MegaDMarts products and services.

Product Promotion: Explain the benefits and features of our products, emphasizing quality, affordability, and the value-added discounts available.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.

Follow-Up: Handle follow-up calls with prospective customers to nurture relationships and close sales.

Customer Support: Address any queries or concerns raised by customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Referral Program: Inform customers about MegaDMarts referral and rewards program, encouraging participation to boost both sales and customer engagement.
