Life Link Appliances is seeking a passionate and articulate telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads and sales for our kitchen chimney appliances. You will also provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns they may have about our products.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads for kitchen chimney appliances by making outbound calls
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our kitchen chimney appliances to potential customers
Answer customer questions about our products and services in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments for in-home demonstrations (if applicable)
Follow up with leads to close sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Ability to learn about kitchen chimney appliances and their features
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Target-oriented
