Tele Sales Officer

Job Description

1. Ability to generate lead from Social Media. Through various platform and marketing activity.

2. Make outgoing calls to potential customers to create demand and generate high quality leads for sales.

3. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers. via phone, email, etc.

4. Document each call as per company and departmental policies and procedures.

5. Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary & update the MIS

6. Increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

7. Be able to establish a positive rapport.

8. Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
