Proactively identify and generate leads through various sources as per defined SOP.
Engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive manner to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of individual customers, emphasizing the benefits and value of the products or services being offered.
Address any objections or concerns raised by customers in a professional and empathetic manner and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to overcome objections and close sales.
Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, using persuasive techniques to encourage them to convert into sales.
Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, with a proven track record will be added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills with no MTI will also be considered.
Good communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
Proficiency in using sales-related software and CRM systems will be preferred
