proactively identify and generate leads through various sources as per defined sop. 

engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive manner to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services. 

develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. 

deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of individual customers, emphasizing the benefits and value of the products or services being offered. 

address any objections or concerns raised by customers in a professional and empathetic manner and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to overcome objections and close sales. 

follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, using persuasive techniques to encourage them to convert into sales.

previous experience in telesales or a similar role, with a proven track record will be added advantage. 

freshers with excellent communication skills with no mti will also be considered. 

good communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits. 

proficiency in using sales-related software and crm systems will be preferred
