TELECALLING TEAM LEADER FOR COLLEGE ADMISSIONS
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit & Provide training, help, and second voice to the Tele callers & Admission Counselors to help them achieve their targets.
Leading the admission Team to achieve daily individual target.
Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to complete the monthly target
Conduct daily team hurdles to brief the team on the team and individual targets & Sharing updates with the team members regularly.
Should be prompt in responding the queries of students & Team Members for Diploma Engineering/Hotel Management/Fashion Designing.
Initiate Performance Improvement Plans for regular non-performers and provide training interventions & feedbacks.
Regular audit calls of admission counselor within the Team & prompt reply on emails to ensure productivity and 100% compliance to processes for each team member.
Comfortable in Converting Cold Data to Positive Leads.
Should be able to achieve clear targets set daily, weekly & monthly.
Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
Provide daily, weekly & Monthly progress reports on student counseling, enquiry follow-ups, Positive Enquiry, New Admissions & fee Follow-up to Management.
