POSITION: Sales Team Leader
Location: Pune (HO)
Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:
ï‚· Responsible for sales team recruitment, training & development and team productivity.
ï‚· Responsible for revenue generation (HO + Centres).
 Responsible for meeting monthly sales’ targets (individual + team).
ï‚· Target completion for First Sales and Second Sales / Product Sales & Second /Referral Sales.
ï‚· Target Completion for Live Consultations and Phone Consultations for Pune HO by self & through
CRE/GRE/SE allotted by focusing on their conversion ratio/ Consultation turn-up ratio.
ï‚· Meeting targets by working closely with Sales Team with focus on SPOT closures.
ï‚· Target good Customer Review Ratings for the centre (+ Google ratings).
ï‚· Targets should be discussed with every team member and a proper roadmap is to be
created & implemented for achieving targeted amounts.
ï‚· Co-ordinate & work closely with each & every team member in the Organization in the best
interest of business.
ï‚· Generate new leads for self & team.
ï‚· Following-up with clients who do not book after consultations.
ï‚· Carryout counselling & consultation of Clients - Live, through & over phone.
ï‚· Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all internal and external
parties/customers with clarity & good communication.
ï‚· Effectively monitoring the Sales Team to get maximum number of appointments. Generating
effective & productive telephone calls with clients on a daily basis through sales team; warm and
cold leads; generate maximum number of appointments and sales per day.
ï‚· Assisting team members to overcome hurdles towards achieving assigned micro targets and
conduct daily team meets to follow-up/understand on micro targets’ completion.
ï‚· Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs. Contacting potential clients
via email or phone to establish rapport and for setting up meetings.
