Key Requirements-
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, or collect feedback.
Handle inbound calls from customers, resolving their queries, complaints, and providing necessary information.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales as assigned by the manager.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to communicate effectively with clients.
Conduct RSVP calls to invitees for events, ensuring timely confirmations and follow-ups.
Maintain an accurate database of invitees, attendees, and responses in the CRM system.
Communicate event details clearly, including dates, venues, and other logistics, to ensure participants are well-informed.
Coordinate with the event management team to share attendee confirmations and other relevant updates.
Address any queries or concerns from invitees regarding the event promptly and professionally.
Follow up with attendees post-event to gather feedback or provide additional information as needed.
Support in the smooth execution of events, including managing guest lists and assisting in onsite coordination if required.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align communication strategies for events.
Stay updated on the companys event calendar, offerings, and promotional activities.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve the overall telecalling process.
Qualifications & Skills-
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience:1-2 years of experience in telecalling, event coordination, or customer support preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
