Role & responsibilities
To make the calls to enquired clients & fresh clients
Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.
Develop customer impacting initiatives across the company to ensure that they result in a coherent, positive customer experience that will support retention and loyalty.
Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
