We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our healthcare company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and converting them into clients.

Responsibilities:

1) Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our healthcare products and services

2) Identifying and qualifying leads to develop a strong sales pipeline

3) Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

4) Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis

5) Providing excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction

6) Collecting and updating customer information in our CRM system

7) Collaborating with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve existing ones

8) Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

1) Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role

2) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

3) Ability to persuade and influence customers

4) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

5) Ability to work well in a team and independently

6) Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory

7) Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

8) High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
