Tele Sales Executive

Job Description

Responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

Understand the Clients requirements, encourage them to upgrade, renew and follow up.

Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

Address all the issues / grievances of clients, partners and to provide relevant information.

Capture the insights from client interactions and share it with the internal team.

Assist with other official paperwork as required.

Manage Office Facilities , Assets & Supplies and keep a record of the same.
