Job Description: Tele Sales Executive
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in tele sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services and generate sales leads.
2. Identify and qualify customer needs and provide relevant product information to prospects.
3. Build and maintain a strong customer database by accurately recording all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
4. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
5. Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products or services to close sales.
6. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
9. Continuously improve sales skills through training and self-development initiatives.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
7. Good organizational and time management skills.
