Position: Online Sales Executive
Location: Ram murthy nagar, Bangalore
Salary: Based on Current CTC 25%-30% hike
Experience: 1-2 years
Responsibilities for Sales Executive:
*Reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
*Consistently increasing and expanding your knowledge of the industry and sales process.
*Taking leads that come to you by phone, email, and/or live chat, often multiple contacts at the same time.
*Primarily inbound and outbound contacts with follow ups from previous contacts.
*Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow ups.
Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.
Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.
Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.
Be able to work with others in a team environment.
Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to work under stress and pressure
