Job description
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive- Insurance who will be responsible for sales, and revenue for our various Insurance Products. Anyone who can be a single point of ownership of all aspects and streamline the entire process for future expansion. Someone with a minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in a similar role from the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
Managing day to day Sales targets (B2C Sales)
Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and achieving day to day targets along with maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales
Responsible developing a business plan covering sales and revenue
Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company's Code of Conduct.
Responsible for establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings etc.
Skills Required:
1- 3 years’ experience in Insurance Tele-Sales
Ability to handle sales pressure
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Candidate from North Delhi would be a plus
Candidate from an insurance company/Insurance aggregator would be a plus
