Customer Relationship Officer -Personal Loans||Tele sales||
We are looking for a highly capable Loans officer to assist us with the processing of loan applications. In
this role, your duties will include informing clients of personal loan, reviewing financial information, and
approving loans within specified limits.
To ensure success as a Loans Officer, you should possess sound knowledge of lending procedures and
experience in a similar role. An outstanding Loans consultant will be someone who can balance the best
interests of their employer as a lender, with the needs of the potential borrower.

1. 1-5years experience in Personal Loan tele sales
2. Balance transfer product preferable
3. English Speaking candidates Only.
4. Individual-level working experience on Pan India Level (Preferably worked in south locations).
5. Business targets meet 50 lacs to at individual levels.
6. Education: Graduate is preferred
Typing speed - 25-40/min
Immediate joiner/Notice period:15 days or one month.
Skills Required:
•Possess good communication skills in English- Written and Verbal.
•Can interact with customers of diverse backgrounds and possess relationship-building Skills.
•Can comfortably interact with the customers on call and by mail.
•Track customer feedback for continuous improvement and convert them into action plans.
•Good Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Excel and the internet.
•Ability to collaborate with senior managers and supervise loan department staff.

Bank will give priority)
