Selling of commercial real estate products

Ensure calling on leads provided by the company

Meeting target with respect to cold calling, meetings & site visits

Understanding Customer need

Build client data base.

Ability to understand customer needs if fresher.

Good rebuttals to convert sales.

Candidate must be from a real estate sales background. (For Experienced Candidate)
