Job Description

1. Answer & make outbound calls to prospective students & working professionals from the point of inquiry to matriculation.

2. Becoming very familiar with XIBMS courses and knowledgeable as possible when making calls.

3. Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help from an Admissions professional staff member in the center/head office.

4. Seek to consistently expand knowledge of XIBMS institute academic and co-curricular programs, to be able to counsel students & working professionals within their area of interest and provide correct information regarding such areas.

5. Achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
