• Making out-bound calls to the prospective customers explaining the product and services offered by the company.

• Contacting existing customers to update latest features & functionalities of the existing product or various other product & services offered by the organization.

• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

• Updating customer information in CRM

• Closer of sales & Service orders over phone to achieve the set monthly target.

• Asking relevant questions to understand the customer need.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

• Work with the cross functional team to fulfil customer demand.
