Job Description:

· Hindi is compulsory

· Calling out customer and making a sales pitch

· Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales target

· Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements.

· Handling both inbound and outbound calls

· Using the CRM/ Cloud telephone for the calling process

· High Customer Centricity

· Must possess strong command over English and Tamil & Hindi.
