Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Follow the Tele-calling effort matrix on a daily, weekly & monthly basis

-Achieve given targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis

-Understand customer needs and requirements

Requirements

-Minimum 06 months experience in B2C sales. Insurance/Health care domain experience will be an added advantage.

-Proficient in speaking English & Hindi languages. Other Indian languages are added advantage.

-Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as Oral & verbal communication skills.

-Highly goal-oriented with customer first attitude.

-Ready to work in fast-paced environments and adaptable and thrive in changing environment

-Should be a graduate or undergraduate with a minimum 1-year work experience

Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days working(Monday to Saturday)
