Job Description

Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes/revenues.

To Achieve Targets by Selling Housing loan/LAP products to the Residents/Customers

Selling Product to Acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database

with the Right mix of Profile

Generating New HL/LAP business

Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Should be conversant with Mortgage lending laws and regulations

Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations

Should have good English communication skills

Graduate preferred

Should be confident and presentable

Should have good convincing and selling skills

Experience in an online e-referral model is a definite plus.
