Role Overview: Responsible for achieving top line login numbers & retail penetration by building a “Workable Leads Funnel” of mortgage services, through Tele Sales process. Also Tele manages & Tele develops Key Business Accounts, Business Data, Corporate and Cat “A” & “B” Builders.
Responsibility:
1) Responsible for generating pre decided top line Login numbers for distribution of mortgage services.
2) Managing and generating pre decided “workable Lead Funnel” for mortgage services.
3) Tele manage & Tele development of Key Business Accounts, Workable Business Data, Corporate and Cat “A” & “B” builders
4) Working for achieving the desired lead flow as per the individual demand funnel dynamics
5) Achieving weekly & monthly login targets, for driving pre decided top line numbers and values.
6) Maintaining a 100% customer satisfaction and integrity score.
7) Generating and managing the corporate client portfolio for the quarter.
8) Maintaining and demonstrating basic office hygiene at all given point of times.
9) Responsible for C – o – C adherence.
