We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to avail services which do not incur any cost to them. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities

• Call people from the database provided and ask them to avail medical services which are free of cost for them

• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

• Persuade the customer to avail free of cost services by demonstrating how the service meet their needs

• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

• Transfer the call to another department to complete the process

Skills

• Should have an acumen towards sales

• Must be enthusiastic to meet sales quotas over the phone

• Should have knowledge of MS Excel and using phone

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be proficient in English

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
