We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to avail services which do not incur any cost to them. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. The ideal candidate will be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the companys clientele.

Responsibilities

Call people from the database provided and ask them to avail medical services which are free of cost for them

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements

Persuade the customer to avail free of cost services by demonstrating how the service meet their needs

Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system

Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Transfer the call to another department to complete the process

Skills

Should have an acumen towards sales

Must be enthusiastic to meet sales quotas over the phone

Should have knowledge of MS Excel and using phone

Excellent communication skills

Must be proficient in English

Persistent and results-oriented

Patient and able to handle customer rejection
