 Minimum Qualification 12th Pass

 Age Should be 18-30

 Strong Outbound Telesales Experience

 Need At-least 6 Month Experience in Telesales/ Tele calling Profile

 High Customer Centrality

 Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi

 Adaptable with Team and Environment

Behavioural Skills:

 Work as a team member and help in bonding the team together

 Continue to improve himself/herself by learning new technologies

 Work under pressure situation and go beyond the call of duty if required

 Act as a mentor for the peer team members and help them overcome any challenge
