Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate will maintain relationships with existing clients and engage with prospective clients.
Ensure all contact information is accurate and maintained updated
Work with the team to develop and implement lead management process
Ensure continuous updates and appropriate levels of product knowledge
Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Completed a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Sales, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field.
Sound knowledge of MS Office.
A passion for learning new things.
Excellent English language skills both oral and written.
Excellent Hindi language skills both oral and write.
Experience in calling -Sales
Self-motivation to meet and exceed goals and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
Excellent project and deadline management skills.
Highly motivated, quick-learner, self-starter
