We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Business Development and Services professional with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate new business leads through cold calling and other prospecting activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and other prospecting activities to identify and qualify new B2B leads
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and management
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients
Proactively identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and managing expectations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in the company's CRM system
Attend relevant industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0-2 years of B2B business development and services experience, with a focus on cold calling and prospecting
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
