Roles and Responsibilities

· Candidate should have minimum one year exp in inside sales or any type of sales and targets.

· Candidate with experience in Sales in the business is an added advantage

· Experience and ability to explain the customer on the product and its features and benefits and discuss the advantage of the online products.

· Candidates preferred with good and clear communication skills

· A typical day will require a maximum of 80 to 100 calls depending on your targets,talk to the new customer, followup on past customer and tracking the conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any stream

· Excellent and clear communication skills in English

· Ability to communicate in other local languages like Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and Tamil etc is an added advantage

· Passionate about a career in online Sales (Telesales)

· An Influencer with consummate negotiation skills

· Minimum 6+ months of experience in BFSI sector in Tele -Calling
