? Maintaining Customer Relationship

? Handling Customer Complaints

? Compiling And Presenting Sales Reports

? Lead / Prospect Generation

? Generating Appointments Through Telesales Team For Field Sales

? Tele Calling - For Customer Feedback, Testimonial, Business Generation
