Experienced, Customer-Oriented Telesales Executive To Utilize Outbound Telephone Calls To Achieve Sales Targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate Outgoing Calls To Corporate Clients.

Follow Communication “Scripts” When Handling Different Topics

Providing Our Customers With Information About Our Office Spaces And Services

Understand Customer Requirements And Respond In An Effective And Efficient Manner

Listen To Objections And Handle Them Effectively

Ensure Customer Follow-Ups Are Done On A Timely Basis

Maintaining An Accurate Record Of All Calls Made.

Liaising with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints

Generate More Leads From The People You’ve Spoken With
