Roles and Responsibilities:
Engaging with existing and new clients in order to cross-sell and up-sell our services.
Using telemarketing to generate leads for our Dhruvon Technology Private Limited.
Assisting with follow-ups and other activities in order to boost lead conversion.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Calling leads generated by digital marketing, and other means, and explain our services to the client
Responsibilities include hands on sales leadership. Define and execute territory and account sales plans for your assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirement and Skills:
Proficient in English and Hindi
Strong phone presence and dialing dozens of calls per day experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Prior sales experience in IT/EdTech/B2C sales.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
Salary & Experience:
Minimum experience of at least 2 year in Inside Sales (preferred).
Salary Package for this position: - LPA (Negotiable) plus variables (with no limits)
Previous experience in EdTech/B2C sales would be preferable.
