Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive with experience in the automobile sector to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in telesales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote automobile products and services.
Provide detailed information about vehicles, features, pricing, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
Identify customer needs and tailor offers to meet those needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve overall sales performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the automobile sector.
Strong understanding of automobile products and services.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
