Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Bubbl Cards.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects in a clear and engaging manner.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport-building.
Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
Address customer inquiries and objections professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of telesales or voice-based customer service experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply).
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication in English.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to engage potential clients.
Strong data management skills for maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and client details.
Ability to analyze sales performance and generate MIS (Management Information Systems) reports.
