Role Overview
Join Torero Softwares Ltd. as a Telecaller – Software Sales and play a key role in introducing businesses to Medica ERP software. You’ll connect with potential clients, schedule product demos, and assist in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
📲 Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to identify potential clients who can benefit from our software.
💬 Client Engagement: Explain software features in simple terms and build strong customer relationships.
📅 Appointment Scheduling: Set up demo sessions and coordinate with the sales team.
📞 Follow-Up & Conversions: Contact leads post-demo, resolve queries, and assist in closing sales.
📂 Database Management: Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
📊 Reporting & Feedback: Track calls, client interactions, and sales progress while gathering feedback.
Requirements
🎓 Education: Minimum 12th pass or higher.
💼 Experience: At least 1 year in sales, telecalling, or marketing (ERP/software sales experience is a plus).
🛠️ Skills:
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of computers and software.
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
