We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales through phone calls.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Bachelors Degree preferred.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
