Roles and Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

• Provide prompt and effective first-call resolutions to customers.

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers to foster brand loyalty.

• Keep records of customer interactions, ensuring details are accurate and complete.

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an added advantage.

• Demonstrate basic computer skills for call management and data entry.

Requirements:

• Preferred Gender: Female candidates only

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory)

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

• Work Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (6 days a week)

• Salary: ₹12,000 per month (take-home) plus extra benefits such as overtime and incentives
