Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell refurbished mobile phones.
- Provide detailed information about our products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to sales goals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement of services and products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling or tele sales, preferably in the retail or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Languages- English, Kannada & Hindi is must.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of refurbished mobile phones and the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Education:
- Any degree or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
