Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services, using provided leads or cold calling techniques.

Sales Generation: Effectively present and sell products/services by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify prospects through phone conversations to determine interest and readiness to purchase.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

CRM Management: Accurately record customer information, sales activity, and outcomes in the companys CRM system.

Reporting: Provide regular feedback on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to management.

Customer Support: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
