Job Description

1. Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

3. Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

and/or alternatives

4. Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile

5. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way

6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative clients

7. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

8. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
