Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
Present products or services persuasively and effectively to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure timely conversion.
Handle customer objections and resolve concerns to achieve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to team effort.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively over the phone.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Persistent and results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.
