We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the Telesales Executive will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our products and services, and close sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.
Handle objections and answer questions from potential customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Collaborate with other sales team members to develop sales strategies and improve sales performance.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in telesales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
