1. Prospecting and Qualifying Leads:

- Identify potential clients (NRI and HNI) who express interest in real estate properties.

- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and preferences.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Deeply understand HOABL's projects, including features, amenities, pricing, and legal aspects.

- Be well-versed in the unique selling points (USPs) of each property.

3. Handling Objections:

- Anticipate objections related to pricing, location, legal aspects, etc.

- Address objections confidently and transparently.
