Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce and promote our services.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their needs.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Incentives: Opportunities to earn additional income through performance-based incentives.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
