Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative Female to contribute to our companys sales efforts. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing verifying & leads/sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using predefined scripts.
Answer questions about our offerings and the company.
Work on leads verifying them and passing to the sales team.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders accurately.
Handle grievances to maintain the companys reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent command of English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection calmly.
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
