Direct Walk-In Interview For Tele Sales Executive (Only Females)

1. Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or generated lists.

2. Qualification: Determine the needs and preferences of clients through effective questioning and active listening.

3. Presentation: Present real estate products and services to clients, emphasizing their features, benefits, and unique selling points.

4. Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by clients, providing accurate information and reassurance to encourage conversion.

5. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel.

6. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or meet with real estate agents, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Graduate in any stream or additional education in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus.

2. Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. (Min 06 months 1 year.)

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner, ability to convey information persuasively and confidently.

4. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand and meet the needs of clients, providing exceptional service at all times.

5. Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines consistently.

6. Technology Proficiency: Basic excel and computer knowledge.

7. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
