Qualifications:
1. Education: Graduate in any stream or additional education in sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
2. Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. (Min 06 months 1 year.)
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner, ability to convey information persuasively and confidently.
4. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand and meet the needs of clients, providing exceptional service at all times.
5. Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines consistently.
