Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller - Tele calling requires you to make sales or fix an appointment for a sales meeting over a phone call. One should be able to convince an existing client or prospect for a certain product or service. Voice is the most critical selling tool in telesales; the receiver can detect your demeanour through your voice.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads through telecalls, emails; generating new business leads, and support sales.
- Fluency is English is must
- Maintaining lead database of the clients and prospects.
- Arranging meetings for the Sales team and following up the same.
- Recording sales and other information, sending and receiving the same.
Qualifications
- Candidate should be a Graduate by education.
- The person should be from the financial industry.
- Candidate should have minimum one year of experience of tele calling for various financial products.
- The candidate should be a go getter and should have ability to achieve beyond target.
- Experienced candidates are most preferable.
- Experience of selling various types of financial products including personal loans, mutual funds, fixed deposits, credit cards, home loans, insurance etc. is an added advantage
